Are my internet speeds guaranteed?

Short answer is, No.  There are many factor that affect the speeds at your individual speeds.  Here are a list of the most common reason for fluctuations:

  • Carrier Signal Strength
  • Cell Tower Congestion
  • Location of modem in your house
  • Modem and Router issues
  • Faulty sim card

How do I transfer service to a new address?

As long as there’s decent cell phone signal and you stay within the US, you can literately plug our system in anywhere in the country!!!  Simple update your account with the new address.

How do I cancel service?

Because we offer a prepaid service, billed monthly, we’ll stop billing you upon your request, and your service will continue until the end of your billing period. If you are leasing equipment from us, that would need to be returned to us within 14 days of the end of your final billing period.
